During my Summer internship with Mallzee there was a lot of chat about Facebook ads. So I thought I’d find out exactly how they work.
OK Facebook… let’s see what you’re going to offer me…
Two days later and with just £3 spent (the price of a real ale at The Speedwells on a Tuesday night) my post had reached 1,689 people in a specified demographic.
I took this as a cheap & quick experiment to find out how Facebook ads could work for my dissertation project deesign Magazine.
It may not have been the most effective campaign with each post engagement costing roughly 43p, but I had a spike in submission emails & will take forward the experience of how their system works for future marketing campaigns (maybe).
